REFUND POLICY

Booking fees charged by Caballero ProFuture Immigration Inc. for consultations with a Regulated Immigration Consultant Practitioner are non-refundable. If a third party, either a regulated immigration professional, lawyer or paralegal is retained by anyone referred by Caballero ProFuture Immigration Inc., the person must agree to the specific terms and conditions with that immigration consultant, paralegal or lawyer including refund policies agreed between the parties.

Fees charged for Self-Help services are not refundable. Communications between you and Caballero ProFuture Immigration Inc. are protected by our Privacy Policy but not as work product. Your access to the website is subject to our Privacy and Terms of Use Policy.
